ACEC Tennessee’s Leadership PE is a competency-based leadership program focused on senior, mid-level, and emerging high potential leaders in both the private and public sectors. Program participants will gain leadership skills while networking with members from other ACEC Tennessee member firms, federal government, and state agencies. Competencies covered include:

  • Self-Development

  • Perspective

  • Learning of the Fly

  • Presentation Skills

  • Conflict Management

  • Political Savvy

  • Delegation

  • Listening

  • Interpersonal Savvy

  • Building Effective Teams

Class members travel across Tennessee to experience sites of engineering significance while learning critical professional skills. The 2025 schedule is as follows:

  • Welcome Dinner (Nashville) | January 29, 2025
  • Session One (Nashville) | January 30-31, 2025
  • Session Two (Knoxville) | February 27-28, 2025
  • Session Three (Memphis) | March 13-14, 2025
  • Session Four (Chattanooga) | April 10-11, 2025
  • Session Five (Nashville) | May 29-30, 2025 (Graduation)
