OGCB, Inc. | Crosstown Concourse

Crosstown Concourse is a 1,250,000 square foot mixed-use high-rise facility built in an abandoned 90-year-old Sears distribution center. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and vacant since 1993, the building was converted into a vertical urban village with an emphasis on the arts, education, and wellness. Tenants include non-profits, five healthcare providers, a fitness center, a charter high school, and apartments. The design process including a holistic emphasis on sustainable design that was guided by the development team’s goals for establishing a “better together” community between both the building tenants and the surrounding community.
